This website

If you browse these pages, the host may log a technical request (time, page, browser). We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not sell that information.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, title or role, institution, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message. Each submission is stored in a private, access-controlled storage area at our website host (Vercel, in the United States) and sent by email to Vesper through our email delivery provider (Resend). We use it only to reply to you and follow up on your request. We do not sell it, and we do not put it on a marketing list.

To limit abuse, the form briefly uses your IP address to count requests. It is not stored with your message. Submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted. To ask us to delete yours, use the contact form or call (845) 920-1600.

Student files

Student tax files do not come from this website. They come from campus records the school already holds, under a written data-processing agreement. They leave as a prepared nonresident return. They are not marketing data. They are not used to sell other services, to build a public dashboard, or to put a student on a call list.

Campus records used for this work are education records. They are handled in line with FERPA as the campus directs.

Who processes the files

Each return is prepared by Wolters Kluwer CPAs and reviewed by Vesper’s CPAs before filing. Compute for the files runs under NVIDIA Confidential Computing, so the data stays protected while it is being processed (TEE; TLS in transit; AES-256 at rest). Vesper is a member of the NVIDIA Developer Program. The CPAs and the compute provider process under contract. Vesper operators who need the file in order to do the work may see it. No one else has access.

How long records are kept

Files are retained only as long as the return and the campus’s record-keeping require, then removed. Retention is set in the written agreement with the campus or conference.
